Welcome, welcome, welcome everybody to Top Line Live at Five and my name is Brian here with Top Line. And today, we’re going to be talking about how you can see, be seen as the authority, not only in the eyes of your market, the people who are potentially come into your practice and even your current patients, but also in the eyes of the search engines, Google, Yahoo, bing, all of them. And it really is as simple as keeping your website up to date with new content. Now, I’ve talked about some tools in the past that can help you do that. And it really is as simple as whenever you see content that you are engaged with that you think would be useful or valuable for your audience, for your patients or people who might become your patients. You put that on your website and you make a comment about the article before you, so you put that in front of the article and then you put the article in there and then you put a link back to where you got it from. And that’s as easy as it can be.

Now, the reason that I bring this up is because we are right now in the process of putting together a whole new system to help you do just that and we’ve decided to go a step further and to do a little done for you kind of stuff where you can just say, you know what, we want your help. We want content going onto our website and we want it to look good and sound good and we can just go ahead and take care of all that for you. This is just one example and it’s just a couple of different posts.

So we have don’t let a chip to spook you. How to protect your teeth from Halloween, treats gum health and diet, eat this, not that. And we try to make it so that it’s really easy to read. It’s nice and quick. There’s not a lot for you to do, you just kind of right in what we’re going to give you some basic content. We’re going to give you a nice big image, so that’s good to keep people on your site. You can also post that to social media and things like that. And then, a little call to action and you can adjust this in any way that you want and just make sure that what it’s doing is it’s keeping your blogs. They see that’s the blog content with content, so it’s constantly getting updated and that’s what it’s really all about.

So, I just wanted to make sure that you knew that there are tools, there are companies like ours that can help you with content. And the key here is if you want to stay at the top of search engines or if you’re stuck on page two or three and you need some help getting up, putting new, fresh content on your website on a regular basis, we’ll do more than just about anything else you can do. Now obviously, there are ways to optimize the site itself. There are ways to optimize off of your site. There’s ways to optimize the technical side, your side, there’s all this stuff, but to make your life easier, what I want you to take away from this video today is put new, fresh content on your site as often as you can. If it’s every day, that is excellent, if it is once a week, that is outstanding. If it is at least twice a month than you are at least getting some great new content for the search engines to find and to see you as the authority.

It’s great because the search engines are finding it. They’re likely to show it to people that are searching for things that are important to them that you can answer. And then, now you’ve got this nice loop where the search engine to see you as an authority so you get pushed up higher in the search results. Your market sees you as an authority so they search you out for answers to these questions and it all helps in bringing new patients through the dark. Okay. That’s what I wanted to cover today.
