Welcome, welcome, welcome everybody to Top Line Live at Five. My name is Brian Devine here with Top Line. And today, we’re going to be talking about something that’s a little bit different than we normally cover, and that is how can you make sure that when you run any kind of a special offer in your practice, people know about it and it’s one of those things that we kind of we take for granted as a marketing firm because that’s all that we’re talking about and thinking about everyday all day is if we’re going to run an offer, we got to get everybody that we could possibly get in front of to see your offer so that we can know if it’s going to work.
Now, you have probably run offers in your practice before and some of them were great and some of them don’t. And the question becomes, is it the offer or is it that you actually let people know about it and maybe one of the times that you run a special. You didn’t actually go out of your way and made sure everyone knew about it. Now you’re probably thinking, if we run a special, more often than not, we’re hoping people who are not currently patients come in for that special, so that means that you’ve probably ran some kind of ad marketing campaigns, so maybe you did direct mail, maybe you did Facebook, Google ad words, and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.
But here’s the thing, is that if you take advantage of every possible opportunity than you can possibly get, one or two more people to come through based on that offer. Now, the reason that I bring this up is because we have an opportunity in front of us that is a little bit unique and I’ve talked about this a little bit before, but I want to make sure that we really go over this because you can actually think through the process of your marketing and when you think through the process and you start thinking. We took Brian’s advice and we’re going to run a Bot, a Facebook Bot with messenger and we’re going to have this back and forth communication.
That means that we’re engaging people on Facebook and a lot of times before people will take that sort of that leap of faith and give you their information. They’re going to check out your Facebook fan page because while they’re right there and if you do that and you’re running some kind of a special offer and they go to your fan page and they see that special offer, well now they’re making that connection, right? That means that they’ve seen an offer somewhere on hopefully on Facebook or maybe on ad words and now when they’re checking you out. They’re seeing the same offer again so they know that they are getting something less legitimate that actually connects. Hopefully that makes sense and a lot of it has to do with that message to market match. Making sure that whatever you put in your ads, they can find it elsewhere so they don’t have a disconnection.
So there’s a lot that’s going on here, but I want you to think about that, that if someone checks out your Facebook page, did you put your offer on your Facebook page and we can actually do that for you. But, I wanted you to really thinking about that because if you are going to run kind of an offer, any kind of a special, why not take advantage of one more opportunity, one more sort of billboard, so to speak, which would be your Facebook fan page, cover image and all you have to do is take whatever you’re using, whatever copy, images, texts, whatever it is that you have on your current campaign, just change it a little bit so it will fit onto your Facebook fan page, a cover image. And now you have one more place to have a basic billboard that is showing people what it is that you’re offering.

And we’ve talked about it previously, but just in case you haven’t seen any of the previous videos regarding social media covers, what we’re talking about is making sure that you have a social media cover on Facebook, on twitter, on YouTube, on Google, all of these different places where you can have your image, make sure that they match. So no matter where someone sees you, no matter where someone finds you, it is going to have that same look and feel.
And it’s creating that brand awareness. And that means when you run that special and that special offer is on your twitter, it’s on your Facebook, it’s on here, you do on your Google plus, it just magnifies the power and authority that you have around what you are offering. If this is a value, take advantage. This is something we’re going to offer for free for a short time to kind of see how people enjoy what they like about it.
