Welcome, welcome, welcome, everybody to Top Line’s Live at Five. My name is Brian Devine and I am very happy to have you with us today! We are going to be talking about something that I’ve always found very interesting to consider. I’ve recently found through a couple of resources and friends a great way to solve this little problem which is how do you get your logo to show up on all of the images that you post on your social media or on your website or anywhere for that matter, especially if you’re going to be putting it someplace that can be shared.
So, if you have this great image and you can you can get your logo on it and make it look really nice and professional and then somebody shares it. Well, now your logo is in front of even more people and it used to be that you would have to put it into photoshop and make sure you had the logo in a good enough size file and then you put it down there. Then, you’ve messed around with where it’s going to go.
We have found this really great resource that I wanted to share with you today and that is called, I mean, I’m looking at watermark.ws. Now, I’m going to take us over there because I want you to see this. So, they’re just called watermark.ws. It’s a very fair pricing plan so feel free to take a look at that. I get nothing from you by making a purchase if you decided to. But, I wanted you to know that this was something that was possible. So, essentially this allows you to put your watermark wherever you want. So, your logo you just upload it to the software. Put it wherever you want. You edit that image and then you export it and that’s it! Now, if you have lots and lots of photos that, you know, you’re going to be posting, then you can put your watermark at the exact same spot on an entire list of photos and it is absolutely simple straightforward and easy to do. So, I wanted you to see that.
Now, in order to make this work, let me just give you an example. Here you need to have multiple types of logos. You need to have a dark and a light. So if your logo has lots of color and you’re thinking, man, this logo was not going to look too good on most images. Well, you should just have two different versions. You should have a light version and then let me show you, and then there’s the dark version. Now, this particular one was something I just threw in there. It’s our dental deals page that we’ve been testing out and playing with things on Facebook with. So, I just did this real quick. If we were going to be doing this for client then obviously we would have more professional. Not just me going in there and making it all black and all white and that way no matter what color your background is you can place that logo anywhere. That’s going to look really good. So, I want you to kind of see with what’s possible, what you can do, how this all works and that you truly can get your watermark on to everything. If you would like some directions, if you know, if this sounds really interesting to you and you’d like me to walk you through exactly how to do it, I’m happy to do that. Just keep in mind that it is super simple and they, yeah, so if you just going to do one file at a time, it’s free. It’s really excellent. However, if you’re going to be doing multiples, like we do, if you’re going to put, you know, 100 in there at a time and then drop a logo on there and have a hundred images with your logo watermark, then there is a monthly fee or you can, I believe, you can do pay for the year.
So, that’s what I want to cover today. So, let me know what questions you have. I was really happy to find this and have something that just consistently worked and that way all the only work you have to do is on the logo, to make sure that the logo is going to give you what you want and then after that load it up into the software press play, captain, and you’ve got an entire batch of images ready to go.
So, that when somebody shares an image of yours, even if it’s on your website, if somebody wants to share the image, so there’s this thing called “Open Graph” where if you have an image on your website and somebody wants to share it, because if your website was designed and built properly, then it’ll have that Open Graph and that photo can get pulled and get put right into Facebook. Then, now anything that gets shared on Facebook from your website that has the logo on it will help improve your brand awareness and it really can go a long way.
Alright, that’s it for me! Let me know what questions you have, what we can do to support you further and I look forward to seeing you next time on Top Line’s Live at Five! Bye for now!
